I bought set of 3 VIP’s black color bags from them in Feb-22 before moving to London. One of the bag’s zip got loose during the luggage transfer. By chance, we had an opportunity to go India in Jun-22(On my employer’s expense 😅) and my wife called them the day we reached Chandigarh and they got the zips changed the very next day. I was honestly surprised by their service and response and it felt like worth spending 12k for the bags buying from their shop and their commitment to help their customers.

I visited Bakshi Bros VIP Store today for repair of wheel of my VIP trolley. I have really a very good experience there thanks to the Vivek Ji, the owner of the VIP store and the people who repaired abd replaced the damaged wheel so quickly. They charged quite reasonably for replacement of wheel. All are very cooperative in the store. The store is also full of latest models of VIP trolley and price is quite reasonable, as I understand.
I recommend everyone to visit Bakshi Brothers VIP Store for all kind of VIP trolley and repair for all kinds of trolley.
