I bought set of 3 VIP’s black color bags from them in Feb-22 before moving to London. One of the bag’s zip got loose during the luggage transfer. By chance, we had an opportunity to go India in Jun-22(On my employer’s expense 😅) and my wife called them the day we reached Chandigarh and they got the zips changed the very next day. I was honestly surprised by their service and response and it felt like worth spending 12k for the bags buying from their shop and their commitment to help their customers. I visited Bakshi Bros VIP Store today for repair of wheel of my VIP trolley. I have really a very good experience there thanks to the Vivek Ji, the owner of the VIP store and the people who repaired abd replaced the damaged wheel so quickly. They charged quite reasonably for replacement of wheel. All are very cooperative in the store. The store is also full of latest models of VIP trolley and price is quite reasonable, as I understand. I have bought strolls bag from canteen I called a v I p dealer in sector 22 he refused straight away then I called up Bakshi bros they attended me well I went to them they immediately replaced the lock by mistake I went to a shop near by them they said it is not covered under warranty u will have to pay 500 but Bakshi bros did not charge anything and gave me best service pls visit this shop for your purchase and repairs of all brands best shop in tricity ~ Sangeeta V

A few months back, I bought one Sky bag trolley bag from Gwalior with a 5-year warranty, and recently on one of my trips its wheel got damaged which was very frustrated.
